Association for Minority Teaching and Nonteaching Employees of Bengal(AMTNEB) is a democratic and nonprofit platform for all professionals & willing volunteers of West Bengal to share their knowledge, intellect, experience, effort & skills for the overall upliftment  of our society & further empowering them to flourish in socio-economical & educational field to  promote general welfare of the less gifted & ignored section of people by emphasizing harmonious relations. AMTNEB is registered under society act 1961 vide Reg. no. S/M/4678  of 2016-17.

AMTNEB has been striving since the year 2015 to achieve empowerment by channelizing the immense potential of talented & educated young minds with the rich & enormous knowledge of the experienced to promote advancement for the needy students of all communities regarding quality education, health, professions, legal right, technology and also relief work by extending financial support & felicitation of the meritorious.

It gives us a single podium where our individuals’ scattered efforts can transform into a big collective & effective force for the renovation of the society as well as minority community.
